Ingredients: Iberico pork, salt, paprika, spices, lactose, dextrose, dextrin, protein, sugar, caseinate, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-451ii), preservatives (E-250 and E-252) and antioxidants (E -300, E-331).
Sales format: Whole pieces.
Presentation: All the pieces are vacuum packed and in small gift┬á box with silkscreen of Dehesa del Conde.
Conservation: As it is a vacuum packed product, it is recommended to keep it at room temperature, at least two hours before consumption, and open the package 15 minutes before consuming, so that it recovers its quality organoleptic characteristics.
